For breakfast enjoy the Spanish treat, Churro, a tasty fried dough pastry which is dipped in hot chocolate. The most famous of the sights in Barcelona are the work of Antonio Gaudi, the Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Familia, the cathedral which work begun on in 1882 is scheduled for completion in 2026. Barcelona is also home to La Rambla, a famous street favoured by street artists and a fantastic place to spend an afternoon. 

 Rome is loud, exciting and full of unique character; its streets are lined with endless tratorrias, bars, restaurants and famous tourist attractions that will keep visitors entertained for days. The Italians are known for their warm natures and delicious traditional cuisine that will make any guests feel at home. The best places to eat to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine is to head to the trattorias along the side streets around Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori. The most famous of the sights in Rome include St Peters Square, Vatican City, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.

The Solvay Hut is one of the most indredible mountain huts in the world. It is located at a height of 4,003 meters on a rocky ridge of the Matterhorn, Switzerland’s iconic, triangular peak. There is room for 10 mountain climbers inside. The hut is managed by the Swiss Alpine Club.
